The abstract should be made in English as 1 page A4 size. Use the example here. (MS-Word; open in a new window/tab)
In the text of e-mail to which you attach the abstract, please specify which of the following you prefer.
a. To each presentation, 15 minutes (12 minutes for a talk and 3 minutes for discussion)
b. PowerPoint file should be made in English. It is advised to send power point file to tokyo2010@acpe-japan.org on October 15, 2010 or earlier. The name of file should include your abstract number and sir name of the presenter.
a. The size of the poster board is 90cm (35.4in) wide x 180cm (70.9in) height.
Use English only.
b. Time
b1: The poster for October 30.
Set the poster between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on October 29 (the venue closes at 6 p.m.) or in the morning of October 30 (the venue is open from 8 a.m.). Remove the poster by 3:20 p.m. on October 30 (otherwise the staff will take down the poster).
b2: The poster for October 31.
Set the poster between 4 p.m. and 5:40 p.m. on October 30 (the venue closes at 6 p.m.) or in the morning of October 31 (the venue is open from 8 a.m.). Remove the poster by 3:20 p.m. on October 31.
