On-site Registration

On-site registration is available at a rate of "Regular Registration".

Note 1: For on-site registration, no credit card but only Japanese yen in cash is acceptable.

Note 2: Lunch box is NOT served to on-site registrants.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be made by informing the secretariat office in writing by e-mail (tokyo2010@acpe-japan.org).

Cancellation charge: 10% of the total amount paid when informed by 9 a.m. September 1 Japan Standard Time (GMT 24:00 August 31), 2010.

Cancellation charge: 50% of the total amount paid when informed by 9 a.m. October 26 Japan Standard Time (GMT 24:00 October 25), 2010.

No refund after 9 a.m. October 25 Japan Standard Time (GMT 24:00 October 25), 2010.
